Cannery Museum Tour This event is on Thursday, September 5th. A bus will depart from the Highliner Plaza Hotel and take participants to the cannery at 3:00 pm. Travel to the cannery and the tour will take approximately 3.5 hours.

Friday Night Reception at the Museum of Northern BC Connect with conference delegates from across BC while learning about the history of Northern BC. Event includes light appetizers and beer or wine. The reception will be held at the Museum of Northern BC on Friday evening at 5:00 pm. The museum is located next to the Crest Hotel.

Labour History Walking Tour The BC Labour Heritage Centre preserves and shares BC's rich labour history. Join us for a walking tour of Prince Rupert and connect local sites to historical fights for better workplace protections and rights. The tour will take place Saturday at 4:00 pm. This is the same tour offered as a workshop on Saturday afternoon.
